Ink-Jet or Label Addressing
Ink-Jet sprays the address or message on your piece to give a
personally addressed appearance. Besides the standard pica look, different
fonts are available. If you want more of a script look, we can do it.
At times, you may need to print your list on pressure-sensitive
labels. We can provide listings in any order, date, alpha, whatever
you prefer.
B. Inserting
Whether it’s an odd-shaped invitation or announcement or a letter
placed into an envelope or several pieces to be matched we can do
it. Most can be done using our equipment, up to 8 ˝ by 11 or 9 X 12. What
about an odd-angled, multi-leveled invite that might have to be done by
hand? - no problem! For some jobs, CMI partners with non-profit
handicapped organizations, outsourcing jobs to them.
C. Live Stamps
Live stamps lend a more personal touch to a mailing piece. We can
apply first class,
non-profit and standard rate stamps.
D. Fulfillment
CMI will take the burden of having to pull, collate, label, and mail
your items. We even store your materials.

F. Specialties
Non-profit Organizations - You get “breaks” from the USPS. We will see
to it that your mailing gets the lowest possible rates.
Coastal will work with your lists to make sure you do.
G. Hospitality
Typically during registration you ask questions which allow you to
obtain a profile of your customers: Anniversary or birth dates, special
needs, or interests. Do they golf or play tennis, hike or
bicycle, love to tour wineries? We can compile this info and create codings by which you extract data for special promotions, events, or
happenings.
